Gérard Genta Retro Classic cream dial watch

Gérard Charles Genta, in the 90s launched his Retro Classic collection, watches with a very specific peculiarity: they did not use the traditional time reading system with the 3 hands, but instead, 1 single hand marks the minutes from 0 to 60 and when it arrives at the end, it changes the time in the lower window, known as “jumping time”. Furthermore, the design, reminiscent of a car's tachometer, fascinated lovers of watches and speed. On this occasion the designer opted for a ø36mm steel case, with an ivory dial. This watch has a special peculiarity and that is that, due to the passage of time, the silver surface that covers the dial has taken on a brown color in some of its parts, a natural effect in this type of finish, giving it character. This watch also consists of a beautiful original black leather bracelet, with a steel clasp. This unit is in perfect condition and has not been used. Despite having a small natural flaw on the dial, it is considered new.
