EXECUTION AND DELIVERY TERM

Once the Customer has made payment for the product, JOIERIA GRAU has confirmed it, and the Customer has been sent a confirmation email regarding their purchase. The order will be prepared and the products will be shipped, if available, to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchasing process and within the timeframe specified on the Website, and no later than thirty (30) days after the contract is signed.

JOIERIA GRAU will ship products to Spain and the Balearic Islands, excluding Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands.

If the safe shipment of a product cannot be guaranteed, JOIERIA GRAU reserves the right to restrict the geographic scope of distribution.

In accordance with JOIERIA GRAU's security protocol to minimize the risk of lost orders, the company reserves the right not to ship on Thursdays and/or Fridays.

1. Preparation time

Once the order is placed on this website, JOIERIA GRAU will prepare it for shipping. Processing times can take from one to two business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

For this reason, if the customer places an order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, processing will not begin until the following Monday.

2. Delivery methods

Once the order has been prepared, it will be shipped using the shipping method chosen by the customer. These are:

    • STANDARD DELIVERY: Orders placed with the "standard" option will be delivered within 2-3 business days (shipments won't be prepared on weekends or holidays).
    • DELIVERY EXPRESS: Orders placed with the "express" option will be delivered within 24/48 hours, always on working days (shipments won't be prepared on weekends or holidays).

3. Responsibilities

JOIERIA GRAU will not be liable for any errors that may occur in the delivery of purchased products if the Customer has not correctly completed the Website. If there is any incident during the delivery time, JOIERIA GRAU will inform the Customer appropriately and as soon as possible.

Once the order leaves JOIERIA GRAU's facilities and is in the hands of the contracted carrier, the carrier is responsible for its delivery. In the event of a delay in the delivery of the order, JOIERIA GRAU may mediate with the carrier on behalf of the CUSTOMER, but under no circumstances can it guarantee delivery on time or within a specific period. In the event of loss or misplacement, JOIERIA GRAU undertakes to manage the incident with the carrier to find a mutually satisfactory solution.

The Customer may indicate their preferred delivery time or additional instructions for the carrier during the purchase process on the Website in the "Comments" field. JOIERIA GRAU undertakes to share this information with the contracted carrier if available, but the carrier's ability to fulfill the request will be up to the carrier.

If delivery cannot be made due to the recipient's absence, some shipping agencies may leave a notice, and the recipient must contact the shipping agency to arrange a second, definitive delivery.

The risks of the products shall be borne by the Customer from the moment of their delivery and, in the event of their return, shall continue to be borne by the Customer until their delivery to JOIERIA GRAU.

The customer undertakes to check the good condition of the consignment at the time of delivery with the carrier and must reflect any anomalies detected on the delivery note (broken security labels, external shocks, humidity, etc...) and may refuse delivery.
