An ode to eternal love
The legend of Galatea and Acis tells the story of these two lovers, tragically separated and united by nature.
Galatea, a beautiful Nereid from the Mediterranean Sea, and Acis, a Sicilian shepherd, fell madly in love. The Cyclops Polyphemus ended Acis's life in a fit of jealousy.
Galatea, heartbroken, decided to turn the blood of her lover into a river, that she could contemplate and love forever.
Aquamarine
Aquamarine, a light blue and crystalline tone like the river of legend, is the protagonist gem of these High Jewelry earrings, set by our master jewelers in a white gold setting.
