The Cartier Repair Guarantee
When a repair service has been carried out by our watchmakers, a repair invoice is provided.
To enjoy the Cartier International Repair Guarantee, you must present the invoice for the intervention and/or the repair documents at Grau Jewelry or at a Cartier jewelry store or Cartier after-sales service center. Please keep the invoice we have given you for at least 2 years.

Grau technical service guarantee
With your Cartier watch already repaired, Grau will give you an original Grau technical service warranty card, where you can see the model, serial number and date of the service performed by our watchmakers, providing extra security and reliability.
This card is only valid at Joyería Grau and certifies that your watch has been repaired by the authorized Cartier technical service at Joyería Grau.
Remember to save this Grau technical service guarantee and the repair invoice for at least 2 years from the date of service.
